CHARS Youth FC U13s Shine at SCI Football Festival 2024 in Great Yarmouth




The CHARS Youth FC U13s have showcased their talent and resilience at the SCI Football Festival 2024 in Great Yarmouth, playing up a year against tough competition in the U14 category. Held over the ever-popular May-Day Bank Holiday Weekend, the festival saw teams vying for the prestigious 18th SCI Great Yarmouth Mitre Ultimatch Trophy, an event steeped in tradition and legendary status.


Teams from across England, including some from as far away as Scotland, converged at Mill Lane in Bradwell to compete in the SCI Great Yarmouth Mitre Ultimatch Trophy, making it a truly diverse and exciting tournament. The allure of the event is undeniable, with over 80 teams participating in the 2024 edition.


Despite facing the challenge of playing against bigger and stronger U14 opponents, the CHARS Youth FC U13s rose to the occasion, displaying determination and skill throughout the tournament. Their impressive performance saw them secure an outstanding 4th place finish, a testament to their hard work and dedication on the pitch.
